Key Matchup Notes

Week 12 features some interesting Matchups, HUGE PLAYOFF INDICATIONS ON THE LINE

This image has an empty alt attribute; its file name is Power-Rankings-Daytona-1.jpg

20. Team Rendino (2-9)

  • Move: ⬇️ 1
  • Current Streak: L1
  • Week MVP: Clyde- Edwards Helaire (15)
  • Week LVP: Matt Stafford (0)

Team Rendino doesn’t have much fight left in them. Clyde Edwards Helaire return is very beneficial, but the team needs to set his lineup or else there almost guaranteed a spot in the Viagra Bowl.

19. Don’t Reach (2-9)

  • Move: ⬇️ 1
  • Current Streak: L5
  • Week MVP: Bengals D/ST (11)
  • Week LVP: Bryan Edwards (0)

Don’t Reach has now lost 5 in a row, only scoring 100+ in one of those 5, including less then 60 in the last 2. The only two players on the team to score 10+ this week were Bengal’s Defense & Kicker Michael Badgley. The team currently sits at 19, which puts the former champ in the Viagra Bowl. The teams needs a win or to outscore the BS Ghosts & Team Rendino to now say out of it.

18. Bishop Sycamor Ghosts (2-9)

  • Move: ⬆️ 2
  • Current Streak: W1
  • Week MVP: Nick Chubb (22)
  • Week LVP: Christian Kirk (4)

We saw life from the Ghosts this week, as there Upset win over Cugs Kitchen has taken them out of the Viagra Bowl for the moment. The Ghosts need 10 points from WR Kadarius Toney on Monday Night, and he was able to get 11, giving them a 1-point 94-93 Victory. Nick Chubb & Myles Gaskin shined, recording 22 & 17 points in Week 11. If the Ghosts can keep winning, there’ll stay out of the dreaded Viagra Bowl, as they play Don’t Reach in a game with huge Viagra Bowl Complications.

17. Funnel Gods (3-7-1)

  • Move: None
  • Current Streak: L2
  • Week MVP: Jimmy Garoppolo (15)
  • Week LVP: Travis Homer (0)

There’s no light way of putting this, but the Funnel Gods got DESTROYED in Week 11, losing 140-46 to Team Scrivo. Now it’s not easy to win when you play Jonathan Taylor and you are without RB Alvin Kamara, but the Funnel Gods Offense hasn’t produced in weeks. In back to back weeks the Funnel Gods have put up 41 & 46 points, as the roster filled with 3rd strings can’t put something together. It’s unlikely this team enters the Viagra Bowl due to a 1 1/2 game advantage, but if the team plays like they did the last two weeks anything might be possible.

16. A$$ Eating Kings (4-7)

  • Move: ⬇️ 1
  • Current Streak: L1
  • Week MVP: Dalvin Cook (21)
  • Week LVP: Juju (0)

The Kings offense was once again back to it used to be, losing 69-65 to Two Girls One Kupp.

15. Pistole Pete Pete (4-7)

  • Move: ⬇️ 1
  • Current Streak: L3
  • Week MVP: Aaron Rodgers (33)
  • Week LVP: Tyler Johnson (1)

Pistol Pete Pete has now dropped 3 Games in a row, slowly seeing there playoff chances fade away. In Week 11, the team lost to Waddle Waddle 93-64. QB Aaron Rodgers was the only one who brought any offense for the team, as his 33 points was second amongst QB’s. On a positive note, RB Saquon Barkley returned and put up a average 11 points on the week. The WR core has taken a complete 180 in a negative way, as after losing Robert Woods for the year, Amari Cooper is now out 2 Games. Pistol Pete now takes on Buffone’s Minions in Week 12, which can have playoff implications.

14. Chopsey Spo (4-7)

  • Move: ⬆️ 2
  • Current Streak: W1
  • Week MVP: Elijah Moore (29)
  • Week LVP: Devante Booker (2)

All Chopsey Spo fans out there finally got to taste a victory, as the team won 99-43 over Team Rendino. The 4-7 team should have a least two more victories based on their Points Scored on the year, but the team will take a nice easy victory this week. Elijah Moore, who has played very impressive these past couple of weeks, scored 29 this week, which was 3rd amongst WR’s. Chopsey Spo will face Waddle Waddle in Week 12.

13. Cugs Kitchen (5-6)

  • Move: ⬇️ 1
  • Current Streak: L2
  • Week MVP: Christian McCaffrey (24)
  • Week LVP: Randall Cobb (2)

A win by Cugs Kitchen would of kept them in the Playoff Hunt, but a last minute lost to 2-9 BS Ghosts gives them a slim-none chance getting in. It was a last second 11 point Toney performance that sealed the deal. CMC, Colt McCoy, & Darnell Mooney all performed this week, putting up 70 combined points out of their 93. Cugs Kitchen has a good chance to win this week, facing Team Brad without Mahomes, Hill, & Kelce.

12. Waddle Waddle (5-6)

  • Move: ⬆️ 1
  • Current Streak: W1
  • Week MVP: Joe Mixon (23)
  • Week LVP: Zach Moss (0)

Waddle Waddle showed again how good of a second half season they have had. Waddle Waddle took down Pistol Pete in Week 11, winning 93-64. Joe Mixon & Jaylen Waddle each recorded a double digit performance, scoring 24 & 20 points. Michael Carter, who has an impressive rookie campaign, is now out 2-3 weeks. It’ll be hard to get in the playoffs, but compared to last season where this team took last place, a current 5-6 record is a complete turnaround.

11. The People’s Kid (5-6)

  • Move: ⬆️ 1
  • Current Streak: W1
  • Week MVP: Jalen Hurts (29)
  • Week LVP: Darrel Williams (3)

The People’s Kid came to play in Week 11, destroying Don’t Reach by a score of 115-57. Once again, Jalen Hurts was a top QB, scoring 29 and finishing 3rd amongst QB’s. The WR core played strong, as Ayuik & Williams put up a combined 41 points in Week 11. The People’s Kid has had some impressive upsets in the past, and they look to do the same as they take on Viagra Bowl in Week 12.

10. Nip City (6-5)

  • Move: None
  • Current Streak: L1
  • Week MVP: Justin Jefferson (36)
  • Week LVP: Evan Engram (0)

Nip City loss this week now puts them in a battle to make the playoffs. After a 104-97 loss to the Dark Blue Spirits, Nip City a 6-5 most likely needs to win out to get in. The team needed 10 points from Evan Engram to win, but he was only able to get 3 points after a struggle from the New York Giants. Justin Jefferson balled out, scoring 36 points, which was 1st amongst WR. Nip City will need Hooked On A Thielen to take down the Dark Blue Spirits & One of the 7-4 teams to loose.

9. Buffone’s Minions (6-5)

  • Move: ⬇️ 1
  • Current Streak: L3
  • Week MVP: Davante Adams (30)
  • Week LVP: Phillip Lindsay (0)

Buffone’s Minions 98 point week wasn’t enough to take down Hooked On A Thielen, as the Austin Eckler led team scored 127 in Week 11. Buffone’s Minions have now lost 3 in a row despite playing solid the last three weeks. Davante Adams (30), Deandre Swift (22), and Deebo Samuel (15) all shined in Week 11, and have been the teams big 3 all season long. However, Russel Wilson has played poorly since he return from the IR, only averaging 6.5 PPG since. WR Jamaal Agnew is now out for the season, and both RB2 the team has tested out, Leveon Bell & Phillip Lindsay have been cut from there teams. If the team can upgrade their RB2 & Flex they still have a chance to win their division only one game back. If they can defeat Pistol Pete this week, and Hooked On A Thielen can defeat the Dark Blue Spirits, the Minions will be right back in first.

8. No Romo (7-4)

  • Move: ⬇️ 3
  • Current Streak: L1
  • Week MVP: Diontae Johnson (23)
  • Week LVP: Kenyan Drake (3)

In the last two weeks, the loss of Brown, and Hopkins & Patterson to injury, the team has only been able to drop 70 in back to back weeks. No Romo in Week 11 lost to Team Brad, by a score of 112-71. Diontae Johnson Sunday Night performance was the teams best, as he recorded 23 on the week. New Acquired starting QB Carson Wentz hasn’t done much in a No Romo Uniform, as Wentz is only averaging 8 PPG since. No Romo will have their biggest challenge of the year in Week 12, as 10 point underdogs to Team Scrivo.

7. Dark Blue Spirits (7-4)

  • Move: ⬆️ 2
  • Current Streak: W3
  • Week MVP: Kirk Cousins (25)
  • Week LVP: Latavius Murray (5)

The Spirts once again came to play, defeating Nip City 104-97, extending there win streak to 3 games. Everyone collectively came to play, but the real MVP of the week was QB Kirk Cousins stepping up versus Green Bay & scoring 25 Points in the Week 11 win. The next 3 games are not easy, as the team faces 3 teams all averaging more PPG then them; as they take on Hooked On A Thielen, My Ball Zach Ertz & The People’s Kid.

6. Team Brad (7-4)

  • Move: None
  • Current Streak: W2
  • Week MVP: Tyreek Hill (19)
  • Week LVP: Khalil Herbert (0)

Team Brad was able to improve their record to 7-4, defeating No Romo 112-71. Tyreek Hill and Devontae Freeman led the way with 19 a piece, and the TE Duo of Kelce & Waller dropped 18 each. The biggest disappointment however, was Pat Mahomes only recording 7 points and having 0 TDs despite a impressive win over Dallas. The team is in bye-week hell this week, as Mahomes, Hill & Kelce are all on a bye. The good news is backup QB Tyrod Taylor has a favorable matchup versus the Jets, and RB Kareem Hunt is expected to make his return this week.

5. My Ball Zach Ertz (6-4-1)

  • Move: ⬇️ 2
  • Current Streak: L2
  • Week MVP: Justin Herbert (36)
  • Week LVP: Tony Jones (0)

My Ball Zach Ertz is the only team this year to lose 3 games despite scoring 100+ points on the day. It was a bad beat for sure, as the team lost 136-115 to Viagra Bowl. Justin Herbert had himself a day, scoring 34 and finishing 1st amongst QB’s. Diggs & Allen had solid performances, combining for 38 points. With RB Henderson on a Bye, Tony Jones wasn’t able to produce, and some might think with Henderson the team could of won. The loss puts the team as the current 8 seed, as the tie with Team Scrivo is keeping them in the playoffs.

4. Two Girls One Kupp (8-3)

  • Move: None
  • Current Streak: W1
  • Week MVP: Nelson Agholor (15)
  • Week LVP: Giovanni Bernard (1)

It was a rough week for Two Girls One Kupp, but at the end of the day a win is a win. Two Girls One Kupp won in a low scoring battle of 69-65 over the A$$ Eating Kings. Josh Jacobs & Nelson Agholor were the only offense in Week 11, as they even only combined for 25. Dak Prescott struggled, only scoring 2 despite a favorable matchup versus Kansas City. At 8-3 it’d be rare to see this team not make the playoffs, especially since the team plays 2-9 Team Rendino & Don’t Reach in the next two weeks.

3. Viagra Bowl (7-3-1)

  • Move: ⬆️ 4
  • Current Streak: W3
  • Week MVP: Zach Ertz (28)
  • Week LVP: Tee Higgins (3)

Viagra Bowl has been on a tear, upsetting My Ball Zach Ertz 136-115 in Week 11, extending there win streak to 3 games. Patriot’s D/ST started off the week with 26 points, and the team just kept funneling points since. Zach Ertz, former team member of My Ball Zach Ertz, got the start against his former team and didn’t hold back scoring 28. The team finally has a RB in AJ Dillon for a few weeks, as he recorded 15 for the team. RB Adrian Peterson however did get released by the team today, and Jordan Howard is now injured, so the team needs to find another RB soon. Viagra Bowl currently sits in 1st place in the ODH North.

2. Hooked On A Thielen (9-2)

  • Move: None
  • Current Streak: W4
  • Week MVP: Austin Eckler (41)
  • Week LVP: Nyheim Hines (3)

Hooked On A Thielen now has the current largest active win streak in the league, extending it to 4 games after defeating Buffone’s Minions 127-98. Austin Eckler, who the team shipped RB Alvin Kamara for, scored 4 TD’s & 41 Points in Week 11. The rest of the team, aside from the defense, kicker & Nyheim Hines all scored 10+ in Week 11. At 9-2, the team has pretty much clinched a playoff appearence, and will now continue to try to win out to lock up a higher seed.

1. Team Scrivo (9-1-1)

  • Move: None
  • Current Streak: W3
  • Week MVP: Jonathan Taylor (52)
  • Week LVP: Ceedee Lamb (4)

It’s not a coincidence that the #1 RB, Jonathan Taylor, who recorded 5 TOUCHDOWNS & 52 FANTASY POINTS in Week 11, is on the #1 team in the league. Team Scrivo recorded the most points in Week 11, defeating the Funnel Gods 140-46. With Lamar Jackson out with an illness, Joe Flacco got the start and put up a solid 17 points. The only negative thing about this team is WR Ceedee Lamb has a concussion and is most likely out Thursday for the team. Team Scrivo is fighting to remain the one seed with Hooked On A Thielen right on their tail, and they take on No Romo in Week 12 in a expected good battle.
